DAVID’S MIGHTY MEN

With the slogan of “Defending Christian Liberties” David’s Mighty Men as the senior eldership ministry of the house is the most prominent of all the groups here at New Covenant Worship Center.  David’s Mighty Men, acting under the mantel of Issachar (I Chronicles Chapter 12:32) As the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, came into conception on August 26, 2002 finding that now is the time for Christian action. Some of the men of the church felt compelled to answer the call to action from God concerning the travesty at that time of the removal of the Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama State Court house in Montgomery, Alabama.

Alabama State Supreme Court Chief Justice Judge Roy Moore who had placed the monument there in the first place was willing to place his future on the line in defense of the monument. Since that time we have had the pleasure to take part in several major national events.
