Heavenly Father, I pray now in the name of Your Son Jesus. Your Word
says in Joel 2:32 that whoever will call on the name of the Lord
will be saved. Romans 10:9 also says if I publicly confess that
Jesus is my Lord and believe in my heart that You raised Him from
the dead I will be saved. Jesus said in John chapter 3 that my
salvation will be the result of Your Holy Spirit giving me new birth
causing me to “be born again” from a life of sin into one of eternal
life. Jesus also said in Acts 1 that I would receive power after
receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Heavenly Father, I take You at Your Word. I ask You to forgive me
of all my sins. I publicly confess that Jesus is my Lord, and I
believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead. I receive
Your gift of salvation. I receive Your gift of the Holy Spirit.
Thank You for forgiving my sins. Thank You for being Lord over my
life. Thank You for your gift of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus name I
pray, Amen.
